VOLUNTEERISM. Everyday, I hear of hardships, wars, natural disasters, political unrest and everyday, I shed a tear. The most affected are children and women. By nature, I have a passion for the children. I want to put a smile on the faces of those who have forgotten how to smile. I get my inspiration from the international youth meetings I occasionally participate in. Seeing the energy and passion of people from so many countries and learning that they have similar issues to struggle with as people in my country gives me hope and the sense of belonging.
